Hello, I'm writing this here, because I don't understand what's going on,
I have two T30 drivers: young Jeloudov and "old" Purishkevich for more than 1 season, and I noticed that Purishkevich is much slower than Jeloudov while being better by rating. Yes, she has worse driving abilities, but does it explain losing about 0.2-0.3 per lap even with less fuel?
Before I got Jeloudov, I had t20 driver Butyrskaya, and Purishkevich didn't feels faster at all! Butyrskaya even finish higher in a driver standings.

If it helps: she was being racing in a String Race (idk why) and got age 43, then her age got reset. That's why she has experience 30.

the only explainable reason for me would be that Jeloudov weights much less and is smaller. i can’t see a great deal that would make it more different.

Hi! You should always maximise driving ability before any mental training. Experience matters the least of a driver's mental abilities, so if you take that out, Jeloudov is currently stronger overall in this area too. However, Purishkevitch has more potential due to her special ability (if you don't change Jeloudov's) and is also taller, meaning she requires lower ride height for setups.

It's clear that Jeloudov is faster at the moment, but with the right training, when everything is maximised, Purishkevitch will be better in race conditions.

Your old Maias pilot is old. 43 years old

Your skills are slowly decaying....

R4ecomendo look for young pilots up to 30 years old ...
