How to get good driver?

How to get a good driver that have full stars, ability, good stats, and especially a driver from my own country? can i get that type of driver from transfer or what?

Edward you are only level 11 so I wouldn't worry about getting a maxed out driver. I don't think stars matter as much and honestly keep looking in the transfer market get the highest talent possible and you can train the rest. Getting a driver from your country will be through luck in the transfer market, u can spend extra coins changing the drivers origin or get a driver from your drivers academy. 

okay thanks for the advice, if i can ask more question, is it worth it to upgrade the youth academy? i mean can u get a good driver with young age on that? or it just a worthless like even if u upgrade it until max, you still can't get a good driver

Drivers from the youth academy cost tokens to hire. I would focus on design and technology buildings first - and manufacturing if you see you’re running low on spare sparts. Then training simulator and then youth academy - at least that’s how I did it.
