I am currently at level 7 in the game, and I understand that this level should allow me to create a league. However, I’ve encountered an issue where the "Create League" button in the Leagues section appears disabled, and I am unable to click it.
When I hover over the button, a tooltip does appear, but it is completely blank, and nothing happens when I try to interact with the button.

Did you try clearing the cache or restarting the game?
Level 10 is needed to create a league. I do encourage you to join an active league since the process of creating a new league and filling it with active players is very difficult and tedious.
