Hello, do people know what level of the youth academy will it start scouting high talent drivers like talent 15-20?

My youth academy is currently level 4 or 5 I think, and max talent I have seen is talent 8-10.

Don’t waste tokens on talent 20 drivers. Upgrade your academy to level 21 and you will start to get talent 30 drivers (although it’s rare).

To answer your question: pretty soon. I think I started finding talent 20 drivers at around level 12.
