No body knows. As far as I can tell it does not increase. Only morale can be increased for certain.

I would like to know for sure, I have a high talent but low experience cd that I will sell if experiance does not increase due to fact that hes not 5star. At the moment I have two cds while I wait for an answer to this and its costing me an extra 600k a race
