No teams in Pro have done any testing or set up this season which makes me think they are all 'ghost' teams. A new manager has just joined, in Pro, is active and level 29. I'm reluctant to grant promotion when no one is competing but this new manager deserves better. Is it possible to promote him at the end of this season while I disable promotion for any others. End of season is this Friday 26th Sept.

Sounds good, please ask him to request the promotion when the season is over.
