more traits in the game like:

“Car design” - help car development
“tyre whisperer” - improved tyre saving
“Divebomber” - improved overtaking and braking attributes
“Veteran” - to go up into their 40s

Maybe it seems stupid but the game feels lifeless right now, need more complexity in the game to make it more exciting.

Anyone with other ideas?

I think attutbutre should go up and down, like of you don't train driving skills for a while it goes down.
