Hi José,  when I go to a free employee on the transfer market: the green butten 'bid' isn't available and there's no clock ticking. 

Team > Transfers > Drivers: The Bid button is light green and available (or clickable) to hire.
Team > Transfers > Staff: The Bid button is inaccessible (or unavailable / locked / greyed green out). 🤖
