I am sorry to hear that you've experienced an issue with an in-app purchase.

Please could you write a ticket to the Support Team, including the purchase receipts, so that the purchase can be verified and credited to your account.

They deposited the tokens, but I missed out on purchasing a DC in ACC at headquarters. That's sad.
