It's still unknown if or how HoF is integrated there, but in the announcement it's mentioned iGP Manager 2026 provides skill based official leagues. If HoF only considers those leagues the unsportmanlike reputation farming problem should be fixed, as higher official leagues are likely to require the skill, and dedication, to compete there and get rid of inactives very quickly.

I've been banging on about the HoF and Rep farms in the volunteer server for many months. I also flagged this thread in the Mod server about a week ago. I assume everyone is too busy with the upcoming major update to do anything about it.
I agree, it's unfair, and more like a Hall of Infamy than a Hall of Fame. The top teams in the table are dominating fully populated leagues, racing alone against a a bunch of inactives and bots. Nobody can get into these leagues to challenge the Rep farmers because they are either password protected or the dominant manager ensures that there are never any vacant slots.
Recently, a genuine player got into the league that is dominated by the Turkish account that usually sits at the top of the table, and wiped the floor with him, winning the first two races of the season by about 15 seconds. His reward for this was being kicked and replaced with another bot to prevent him from re-entering.
Reintroducing auto-kick with a low threshold like 5 days would go some way to stamping this out because the rep gained from partially populated leagues is much lower and it would allow genuine managers to enter these leagues.
