Problem buying a new driver

Trying to buy the above driver but can't seem to get it to happen.
Trained etc the driver on my other team then decided I needed him more for this one.
Shortlisted him and then put him for sale, initially by auction and then just terminated his contract but neither way has worked.
On the shortlist I was able to bring up everything and the buy now button was there, but nothing happened when I clicked on it.
I'm sure I've done it this way in the past without issues, have I done something different/wrong this time?
