Increasing the ways to get XP

For old players returning, levelling up to lvl30 is hard as xp is not easy to come by. Giving out xp for upgrading facilities and training staff/drivers would be a good way to reduce the gap between low level players and high level players. It would also reward activity rather than just league presence
