Sponsor bonus target stuck on p1

Different finishing positions, different drivers, different performance rankings.

What happened instead?
No matter what p1 was always requested as the bonus target

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Since it is predetermined it is consistent across browsers

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, I have had p1 as the bonus target for 2 seasons worth of races

Additional comments:

While I can't prove it, I myself am suspicious that the sponsor objectives are broken/malfunctioning (having been a victim of the never changing unrealistic sponsor objectives myself).

Jack and Jose in the past have sworn that it's functioning as intended, but I myself have never believed it.

I will try my best to get Jack to look at it again.

I just find it strange that with so many parameters changing multiple times, not once was the target something other than first place.

I usually do good results but I have noticed the objective being "finish 2nd or higher" even if I finished 10th or worse the last 2 races or more.
