Hobart Peterson - Doctor - Bidding bugged and tokens lost.

I bid on a Doctor Hobart Petersen with my Eagles Racing team and Carcax bettered my offer. I shortlisted the DR and returned intending to better the bid during the knockout phase. The doctor disappeared from the transfers list obviously due to the auction ending so I clicked on the shortlist to see that he still hadn't moved to any team.

I checked contract and I was able to buy him now which I did costing me a further 3 tokens. He them appeared in my team and I made the change to add him as my first choice doctor and he disappeared. He is now at Carcax.

Please can you return my 3 tokens (assuming they were actually taken) and look into why the knockout phase wasn't shown to me when the auction hadn't quite finished.

Hi Lee, I've given you 3 Tokens.

Several big improvements to the stability and persistence of the bid server are in development, and I'm quietly confident in assuming they will address issues like this. I can only assume though, as it's not an area I develop and I don't have data on your case. But I can say it sounds exactly like what a patch is being developed for.
