Staff Training Centre (Headquaters)

Work it the same as drivers. 1 Token to search, 15 to hire. Even throw in the ability to hire pit crews from this facility.

I think it would be handier than sitting days waiting on one appearing on the market if we had this, we could employ some youngsters and train the CD or Pit Crew in the Strength we want.

Only have a staff role select and if select a CD or Pit Crew it will have a drop down box or toggle button to search for the Strength we want.

Pitlane Fires cause lollypop went up before finished Re-fueling or Camera-men getting hit with unattached tyres it's a bad idea having Strengths and Weaknesses

Yeah I agree with the the token thing but not really on the pit crew part. I would like it so that I could find higher talent staff then train like experience and moral either that or have a sorting type function so it just automatically goes lowest time to highest with a certain amount possible to view at a time and in settings change it to limit it so that you view people you want not people you don't want. Though the problem with that is it would be a little too op and too unrealistic but also it should show no results if no one fitting the criteria is for bidding on at that time and always show the shortlist.

I'd support the idea of training or improving your current Staff, or at least, that is should be made automatically. If, for example, you team wins the Team Championship, your staff's abilities increase.

In real life, teams don't hire young staffs to "train" them. Teams just want the bests for the team. Having a young/unexperienced staff that doesn't know as much as an old staff can know.

Top teams have a engineering training centre to bring in youth, that's what gave me the idea of having a staff training centre to easily find staff we are looking for, guess you could make it so that it is pumping out staff at any age.

Agree, but is true that staff train themselves for better performance on pitstops. It could be great to train your staff. I'd include pitcrew and train them too.

I agree with Fran on improving current Staff.

That makes sense. Can you please post some sources of that info? Just to correct myself and rethink about the suggestion.
