Same for me. But twice. 1 via android phone (using my personnal cc, 1 via my pc using paypal).

0 boost received instead of 40.

Just attempted a batch fix for these failed purchases, it should capture all that were web-based purchased. Let me know if you still need to support with a web-based purchase.
