same research % for every level?

What did you try to do?
Am I right that every team with a 5 star research crew now gains 10% on research per race, no matter what level that team is? If so, thats is not fair at all for the lowel level managers like myself. We already have fewer design points and worse technology, now our only compensation of having more research power is gone as well.

What happened instead?
I hope I am seeing this the wrong way, it is very unclear at least. Thanks for your explanation in advance.

Yeah, good point. Maybe the research should be connected to the HQ level in some way, because people who have maxed out the HQ have an enormous advantage compared to players who still are upgrading everything.

I mean they will get 40 DP and have 10% research strength while people with lower buildings will get less DP per race but still get the same 10% research power.
