Renew salaries are too high.

I've noticed my young drivers (got them from youth academy) are asking for a huge salary increase upon renewal. From 500k to 1.3m. Before the update, my other driver only asked for 500k -> 550k.

I have noticed the opposite effect on staff from from transfer market, they are asking for salary decrease on renewal 1.2m -> 900k.

Is that supposed to happen?

This has been reported by other players as well, unsure if this is intentional. I will pose the question to Jack and let you know what I get back.
