I can't get into the sprint race

What did you try to do?
I tried to get into the sprint race, but the loading stopped and it stopped recharging.

What happened instead?
It didn't charge, so I deleted the chacce and reinstalled the game

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Mobile data

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Samsung S24 Base

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Android 16

Can the bug be reproduced?
I don't have any proof because I didn't do the screen

I just encountered this too, I was probably in the same race. It looks like something that spawned overnight, I've applied a fix and will be in the next sprint race at 12:10 to confirm whether it's working.

I think this was due to me switching it to 2 cars last night, I've reverted it to 1 car for now. I think the simulator couldn't handle teams in the race with 1 car while others had 2. Let's see if that was it.

Some sprint races ran fine, others didn't, which further suggests this cause.

EDIT: Yes, looks fixed now. I'll go back to the drawing board on that change. It's likely a simulator issue.

Hey Jack, I was in a sprint race at 12:40 and everything was working on my side (2 cars, on IOS).

I think it was working, when everyone in the race had 2 cars/drivers. It was failing when some people from 1-car leagues joined who maybe didn't even have a second driver available. It shouldn't break anything, but it looks like it was, so I reverted to 1-car sprints for now.

Those reports are a different issue. We've got an Android and Windows patch coming tomorrow which we hope will resolve issues for those of you unable to load races. If you are on Android, try reinstalling the application, it can flush the data and make the tracks load if it's a cache issue.
