Hi I was just wondering if the file or link for the file can be posted here so I can install the new PC app for the new update as it doesn't seem to be anywhere on announcements from what I can see.

Isn't that the old launcher for a patched game or when they had just added the new UI during the earlier part of this year?

It's the installer... opening it after will get the latest patch and track data etc.
