Design point and Fuel

I have 2 questions, the first question is I'm level 27 and I'm developing the design to unlock level 27, I repair every race and today I got 24 design points why? Question number 2, I'm out of fuel, I'm running live and it's already the second race that I either run out of fuel or I have fuel left for other available laps.

Your Buildings loose Condition. You need to Repair them, or you get lesser DP Points. i also experienced that today, and yes, it is... not realy cool.

I have posted on another thread and since the update I have 3/3 DNFs all due to being a lap and a half short in fuel !

Are you in the process of upgrading your design building? The option to repair whilst mid-upgrade isn't available and seeing lots of managers missing 2-3 per race whilst the two conflict. The same will be happening for those upgrading other buildings - just more difficult to quantify a DRS/Boost loss

Am I understanding that while one building is being improved or upgraded, the others lose efficiency?
And is that why the progress points are decreasing; from 30 that I used to earn, they've now dropped to 24?

No, all buildings detoriate now after every race and must be repaired or the output gets lowered the further the detoriation progresses. However if a building is in the process of upgrading it also still detoriates, but as it's not possible to interact with it it's impossible to repair it and thus nothing can be done to fix the ever lower output every race until the upgrade is finished.

Well, the progress I've made over 8 years is gone in 15 races. So, bye-bye IGP Manager, it's unplayable if this keeps up.
