Same problem here. Switchover cost me 10% of each of my driver's abilities, who was at 100% for each of them. Our league had only two races left, and voila, at season's end another 10% gone off each trainable ability. Only 80% left of what he had a week ago! As training after every race only restores one, or at the most two, abilities by 1% each, that means the more you race, the more unable your driver becomes. Soon, we'll all be racing with once high level drivers, with 0 abilities?

Surely this cannot be the intention, especially now that all seasons are limited to 15 races?

10% Atrophy of ALL abilities of a driver after every season is far too much, if the intention was to force managers to keep on training their drivers on a regular basis.

In ADDITION, I noticed that specific single driver attributes are further reduced after some races, apparently on a random basis. This compounds the problem even further.

Please re-consider the whole idea of driver atrophy and adjust so that it serves a meaningful purpose. I would say one or the other, on an appropriate scale, but not both as is.

My suggestion would be, 10 x 1% reduction of one of the driver attributes during a season, randomly after a race, so that the manager has to check each driver every day, and train him if necessary to re-gain his strength in the affected attribute.
