i am new to the site and apologize if this has been posted before or is a stupid question but im just wondering how i can view my current race weekend, practice,qualifying and race. I have clicked league and current race and can see results of practice, qualifying is yet to run. but i have no option to view.
in practise the players can create their setup. The practise is open just after the last race is finished until 10 minutes before race start.
10 mins before race start, the preparation for your next race will be closed. Then the game simulates 1 qualifying lap with the tyres for your first stint. This isnt to watch. And 5 mins before race start you can enter the race.
Josh, your first race is on Sunday and you won't be able to open the race viewer for that race until race time. To see what races look like you can click on spectate from your home page. From Next Race under setup you can view practice lap times and just before your race you can see qualifying times.
Welcome to iGP, Josh! You can prepare for the race using the Next Race page up to 10 minutes before the race begins. At that point (10 minutes before the race time) preparation will be locked and qualifying will run. About 5 minutes later, qualifying is complete and you can enter the race to watch and interact in real-time. Then, the race will last anything from 12 minutes up to a full 2 hours depending on what settings you have chosen for the league.
So, it's not run over the entire weekend as such, but qualifying gets going 10 minutes before the start time and the race itself and your live controls will become available at the start time. Big red "Go to race" buttons will appear in the interface at that time so you can open it. Many leagues race every day.
If you would like to spectate a race to get a taste before yours begins, click "Spectate" on the home page and then the eye icon next to any race to have a look.
ok unfortunately already did my sponsors before i made this post but will deal with that, and have used all practice sessions. not looking in bad shape for race sat .4 secs of top time. trying to get backroom staff of decent quality. getting eager for the race tonight now, hopefully get a good result.
only in a 1 driver league at the minute and races are daily with the 1st round being today. i have a stratagy set up for tyres and pits but can these been changed during race aswell ? might be a stupid question but thought i best ask.
