How to log in

Hello, with the new update I've been kicked out of my new account, I asked support for help and they've given me a username (code) and a password. 

When try to put it in on the log in screen it brings me back to an email and password input which I don't have, so I'm stuck.

I had the same problem. Right after the new update I was locked out of the game in my tier. I actually had to delete the game and reinstall using a password given to me and my email. I finally got in.
