Race not run

Looking into this currently.

I've identified two separate issues that I'm working on:

1) Leagues who migrated from the old to the new system have not had their league history properly ported across, this is causing simulators to not recognise enough active players in the league and skipping the races.
2) Simulator servers got overloaded tonight because of a race condition for cache files on disk. I'm implementing redundancy and proper locking on these now, so this should not happen again.

Some races may end up having to be skipped tonight. Thanks again for your patience, I know this isn't the level of service everyone expects, and it's not the level we aim to deliver. We're making good progress on stabilising everything and the physics update tonight was a major step in the right direction.

This looks like it should be fixed tomorrow. Again, my sincere apologies for this. I'm running the entire service alone at the moment and it's been really tricky to get on top of all the issues with the new update. Hopefully you can enjoy the improvements to the races tomorrow. Hi Matthew, yours is literally the *only* race in the entire service with issues right now. I'm investigating. Apologies for any inconvenience. I caught it early with the detection scripts I've built in the last 2 days and took it out of circulation in the meantime.
