I don’t understand the new league function, I can’t see previous championship winners, only 4 races in a season and also stuck at 50% race distance?

This needs better explanation. So in the new league system there is a shared calendar, all leagues are synced to this calendar (unless they're boosted and opt-out to use custom calendars etc.). In order to synchronise all the leagues to the global calendar, we have to have "mini seasons" when they come off of a different schedule onto the main cycle. The shortest season possible is 3 or 4 races IIRC, so you're right on the edge of that. If it's any shorter than that, the game just inserts a 1-3 day break in the calendar before starting the next season.

Your next season will be 15 races long, running from the 1st to the 15th of the month. Normal seasons run twice per month, 1st-15th and 16th to month end. If you stay on the normal cycle after this transition period, every season going forwards will be on that cycle, always ~15 races per season. The mini-season is a one-off transition period necessary to get your league into the main cycle.

Au okay, so we all share the same calendar but what about the race distance, speed and rules? Will they stay the same as previously before?

So, there is no break between seasons?

We have months of 28, 30 and 31 days so how does the 2 x 15 day races per month work?
