Hi Ludovik... I've been tracking issues for the devs myself and have most of these (just not the phantom race one).

I believe the phantom race would have been due to the server overloading when Jack was working on it yesterday.

There's lots of issues right now, and we either decide to continue playing through them, wait until they're fixed, or stop playing. I am choosing the first ... but I understand anyone doing otherwise, especially with the time and money that they may have spent.

Oh, and on the front of being fired. Yeah, I would have been... but this is an indy game, it's free, and it's basically got one developer working his socks off. I'm frustrated too... but let's be constructive during our criticisms.

Hi! I agree with you, but I also share Ludovik's opinion. I've already reported issues to tech support several times, but hundreds of managers have probably done the same. And for good reason. It's understandable that the team here is small, and the workload is enormous. But then, perhaps they shouldn't have taken on so much work at once? Perhaps they should have split the update into 3-4 packages and implemented it in parts over the course of a year? Or perhaps they should have created a separate beta version of Manager 2026 and tested it on interested players, and then presented a finely tuned system in the final release. Most importantly, the game has clearly and actively shifted toward donations. And that's fine in principle; everyone wants to make money. However, this shouldn't compromise the product they're planning to charge for. And it (the game, the gameplay) is literally dying right now... New physics, side-by-side combat, increased leveling caps, replenishable KERS, a rebalance of the game's economic system—these things, like many others, are needed and have been needed for a long time.  We understand that we can't implement everything at once and satisfy every manager's wishes, and that it's not as technically simple as it seems. Well, there's the physics... There were discussions about it a long time ago, 6-7 years ago. It's very late, but they finally implemented this new feature, well done! I didn't believe it would ever happen... Of course, there are still some bugs, but that's always the case. That's normal. And there are a number of similar things. But there are still issues that are waiting to be addressed. But the main thing is to introduce new features without ruining what's already in place and working well. The races on December 23rd and 24th were a real shock and completely ruined the season in our league. It's a shame, because we wanted to finish the racing year on a high note... Let's hope that after the break, the racing will return to normal and we can race instead of taking screenshots of dozens of new bugs and not worrying about phantom races and retirements when entering the pits from 0.0 liters, jerks, and decelerations.  This is the developers' immediate responsibility to save the project. I think they understand this perfectly well themselves.

Everything you're saying is right... and I personally can't answer for the team but I understand this mentality; it's very easy to fall into. I agree (and already stated elsewhere) that this should have all been phased in. W2W should certainly have been stand-alone, given the need to get it right for all of the tracks individually.

What has happened is that the community has become the beta testers. This isn't the first time either, and it's a trend that will not help the game's player retention rate.

Let's end this on a high though; the changes are good... and I'm pretty sure when the dust falls and things are moving forward properly, that the game will function well.

And... Merry Christmas.
