Cannot change League Settings

I am the League Host for League https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=829572.

Ever since the update I have not been able to change the league settings or schedule options, all of the options are grayed out and I'm unable to select. I cannot change the race days or any of the rules. Hopefully the images below will show.

This is the question I came her for as well. For two days I saw boosts appearing in the donuts. None since. I'd watch 100 of the ads you used to love, but I'm not paying money to choose what days my league races on. If ita not a weekend only league, without spending monthly money, lol, I'm not in. But hey, it's only been 7 years, my fault for getting used to freeloading. Never mind the 1000s of ads I watched for you.  Tell me boosts can happen by chance in donuts, or how else to win them, plz.
