Break between seasons?

If seasons are 15 races from 1st to 15th and then 16th to end of month what happens in February (28 days) or months with 31 days?

And no break between seasons as there was before?

Jack's extremely busy so understandably doesn't respond to every forum post. I've asked the question in the volunteer server, I'll let you know if and when I get a definitive answer.
