Car progress in new league

In case of league change all car progress move to zero. Is it normal???
I'll never can catch up other players from zero plus 10% of research

The Igp league the pixa, from one day to the next a counter was put on and the league closed automatically, we need a solution we are 22 managers without a league

I have the same issue and posted a thread in the bugs section, but its still not resolved. 

After the race nothing changed,  just added dev points
[img]<a href=[/img]"

Same issue since 3 days.. still waiting for answer to my ticket..not really funny to run currently..
