Car passes through pit but does not refuel

Trying to refuel at the designated lap on a refuelling league .

O que ocorreu de fato?
On the designated lap, the pit indicator lights up, the car approaches the pitlane, but essentially does a drive through. It does not refuel nor change tyres, and proceeds to another lap. It left the pit with tyres at max temp and ended up running out of fuel.
This only seems to have happened for my team in the league.

Note: Seemingly having some similarities (though not exactly the same) as reported in this thread (https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/63931) but in a different circuit.
