What did you try to do?
I bought a £5.99/month iGPaddock Pass but it is not showing as recognised. It's currently on a 7 day free trial and I have an email from Google confirming the subscription.

What happened instead?
When I look at leagues it says I am already in the max number. If I try to purchase a pass it tells me I already have one. If I click "info" for the pass in the shop, it says no pass is active.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Hi Jack, I see I've now had the same problem someone else has encountered, that I've been demoted to Pro in my peaceful spirits league and lost all my points. I was top of the championship. Please could you bump me back to Elite and restore my points?
