The racing tracks are broken

The racing tracks are broken... The pilots, for some unknown reason, are slowing down in the center of the long straight. In slow turns they fly like fighters from Star Wars, and in fast turns they drag along like snails. They start from anywhere, not from the starting grid. Pilots ignoring the pitlane, braking on the middle of start-finish line, blocking everyone and after that teleporting to the pits.
