Unresolved

Practice pace.

My main team is off the pace in Practice.  There was no rain, forecast was clear, both teams ran back to back. My lower level alt team is 4 seconds faster. Main is #3 in DP, alt is around 10th. The setup though is a bit odd for Monaco with the ride height and wing levels being really low, like almost at minimum where they should be higher but the setup is relatively the same for both, not much in the way of difference with the drivers either. I'm not really sure what is causing the discrepancy other than maybe driver health but 4 seconds is a big gap. They both are fully fixed, new engines. They both ran hard to super soft. It's a bit odd and i have no idea what is causing it. Another manager has his around 4 seconds slower as well, another said his cars while watching them in last nights race looked like they nearly stopped on the straight and that by the 2nd round of pitstops he was something like 30sec behind. Lvl 30-31 managers whereas lower levels are much faster now. What's going on here?
