It looks like it is accurately deducting the 8 hours to select my local time of 00:00 UTC by default, but it isn't very intuitive for me to look at this. I am more likely to think in my local time to select a league, only to find it puts me at a different one.
This would be better if it clearly stated that these times are UTC, or it showed my local time (and maybe the UTC time nearby).
