I tried to help my league to buy some boosters but on two occasions.

No boosters were given to me to use.

Hi Daniel, I can't see any purchases that have gone through since December 17. How many did you try to buy and what happened when you did? do you have receipts?

That is weird. I ordered two separate times back to back a couple of hours ago. In the past, anytime I bought something it would just show up after it says successfully purchased. I do not have receipts yet but all I did was hit booster and asked me for my password. I got a message saying it purchased both times and nothing came of it. I know you are very busy and this minor compared to what you are dealing with as a whole. I just wanted to make sure one I got my purchase and two if anything is wrong with the process it is now known.
