DRS not activated from lapped cars

What did you try to do?
Go less than a second behind the lapped car to get DRS from it

What happened instead?
If car is 2+ laps behind, we couldn't get DRS from it. If only 1 lap behind - everything is OK.
And if you go less than a second behind the previous car with which you fight, and between your cars is a 2+ lapped car, you don't get DRS too.
All players in our league had this problem in Brasil.
