Do academy drivers come fully trained to 100% on all skills? Driver, mental, physical?
If they show up like before it will be impossible to train them up to 100% since reserve drivers also drop 5% skills every season.
The 5% skills drop needs to be reduced for active drivers and possibly eliminated for reserve drivers.
