These are new regulations that will be applied from Season 106. There are significant changes, so please be sure to check them out.

①「2タイヤハンデ」について
下記の何れかに該当するチームには、運営側が事前に指定した2種類のドライタイヤを使用する義務を付与する。
(A) 前シーズン終了時に、1位のチームから25%以上のポイントを獲得している
(B) 第8戦終了時に、1位のチームから50%以上のポイントを獲得している
※端数は切り上げる
但し、下記に該当する場合は免除する。
(A) 開幕戦である場合。
(B) インターミディエートタイヤかウェットタイヤを着用して走行した場合。
②「スタートハンデ」について
「2タイヤハンデ」の対象チームが、下記の何れかに該当する場合は、2周目終了までに1回ピットインする義務を付与する。
(A) 前戦で3位以内でゴールした。
(B) ドライバーズランキングで3位以内。
③「JOKER（ハンデ回避権）」について
第8戦終了時に、獲得ポイントが1位のチームから50%未満のチームには、全てのハンデを1レースだけ帳消しにする権利を付与する。

レース開始10分前（日本時間21:50）までに掲示板に使用宣言をして下さい。
④「マイスター・クラス」について
自主的にドライバーの才能値に制限を掛けることで、より困難なチャレンジに挑む為の熟練者向けのクラスとする。
(A) 参加資格
・どのチームでも参加可能。
(B) 参加方法
・2名のドライバーの才能値の平均を85%以下にする。
・掲示板に参加するという内容のメッセージを投稿する。
(C) 離脱について
・マイスタークラスからの離脱はいつでも可能だが、同じシーズン中の復帰は不可能とする。
⑤ シーズン途中のドライバー交代について
(A) 当ルールの適用対象は、前シーズン終了時に1位から25%以上のポイントを獲得していたチームとする。
(B) シーズンの途中にドライバー交代するチームは、交代したラウンドにて2台とも②「スタートハンデ」を適用する。
⑥ セカンドチームの参加について
なるべく多くのプレイヤーに参加してもらうため、同じ参加者による2チーム目を参加させることを禁じる。
なお、2チーム目を参加させたい場合は、併催の「All Nippon F1000 Lights」への参加を推奨する。
⑦ ペナルティについて
①～⑤の規則に沿っていない状態で入賞するかファステストラップを記録した場合は、ペナルティとして②「スタートハンデ」を適用する。
違反状態で②に該当する成績を残した場合は、ペナルティによるスタートハンデを消化してから、成績によるスタートハンデを消化する。
⑧ 退会措置について
下記に該当する参加者には運営側の判断で退会措置を取る場合がある。
(A) 長期間ログインしていない。
(B) 規則や常識的なマナーを遵守しない。
(C) 同じ参加者による2チーム目の参加が発覚した。

① Regarding the "Two-Tire Handicap"
Teams that meet any of the following conditions must use two types of dry tires designated in advance by the organizer.
(A) At the end of the previous season, the team must have earned at least 25% of the points earned by the leading team.
(B) At the end of the eighth race, the team must have earned at least 50% of the points earned by the leading team.
*Rounded up
However, the following conditions do not apply:
(A) In the opening race.
(B) When the team is using intermediate or wet tires.
② Regarding the "Start Handicap"
If a team subject to the "two-tire handicap" meets any of the following conditions, they will be required to make one pit stop by the end of the second lap.
(A) If the team finished in the top three in the previous round.
(B) If the team is in the top three in the driver's standings.
③ Regarding the "JOKER (Handicap Exemption)"
Teams that have earned less than 50% of the points earned by the leading team at the end of the eighth race will be granted a one-race handicap exemption.
*Any fractional digits will be rounded up.
If you are using JOKER, please declare it on the message board at least 10 minutes before the start of the race (9:50pm Japan time).
④ About the "Meister Class"
This class is designed for experienced drivers, allowing them to take on more difficult challenges by voluntarily limiting their driver talent scores.
(A) Eligibility
- Any team can participate.
(B) How to Participate
- The average talent score of both drivers must be below 85%.
- If you wish to participate, please post a message on the message board.
(C) Withdrawal
- A team may withdraw from the Meister Class at any time, but may not rejoin during the same season.
⑤ About Driver Changes During the Season
(A) This rule applies to teams that earned 25% or more of the points of first place or higher at the end of the previous season.
(B) For teams that change drivers during the season, the "Start Handicap" ② will be applied to both cars for the round in which the change occurred.
⑥ About Second Team Participation
To maximize participation, second teams consisting of the same participants are prohibited.
If you wish to participate as a second team, we recommend that you participate in the "All Nippon F1000 Lights" which is being held at the same time.
⑦ Penalties
If a player wins a race or records the fastest lap without following rules 1 through 5, a penalty (②) "Start Handicap" will be applied.
If a player achieves a result that falls under (②) while violating the rules, the start handicap due to the penalty will take precedence over the start handicap due to the result.
⑧ Regarding Withdrawal
Participants who meet the following criteria may be removed from the league at the discretion of the league administrator.
(A) If they have not logged in for a certain period of time.
(B) If they have not followed the rules or common etiquette.
(C) If multiple teams formed by the same player are discovered.
