Engine resets

Usually after every 20 races, the engines available resets to provide 10 engines for the next 20 races. On this occasion the 20 races countdown has reset but no new engines were provided.

I saw the button to collect from my factory included engines and parts (even though engines aren't created there) for 7 new engines but this did not get added to my tally. Never seen this before but now I have 3 for the next 20 races. Please can this be rectified, thank you

Realised this has happened on both of my accounts. Sitting on 2 engines with 19 races to go on the above and 3 engines with 18 left on this one. Neither were restored to the 10/20 standard last time around. Nothing to indicate why but going to be a big pain v soon. Please sort asap

Bump here as no response and no resolution. Remain 7 engines short on this acct and 5 short on my other acct above
