There are still some puzzling problems with with assessing why a driver is either fast or slow. I believe these problems occur because of the widespread use of Classic IGP drivers brought over from the old version of the game. There appear to be random fluctuations in the abilities of drivers with very similar or identical stats. So, either there are hidden personality factors in every driver that affect performance or the process of converting Classic IGP drivers to New IGP has introduced anomalies that affect performance.

If it is the former then we need only to be informed that these personality factors are indeed present so that we can continue to search for better drivers. But if it is the latter then the Transfers list needs to be repopulated with new generation drivers that will achieve more predictable results.
The frustrations of not knowing what approach to take are causing some to disparage the game.

The car design balancing/spy system appears to be on the right track as far as making racing closer and making adjustments that prevent relegated players or league jumpers with high levels from dominating pro or rookie leagues. But it is time to introduce measures that allow variability in design. It won't be long until frustrations come in with the idea that everybody is forced to "develop" the Exact same car. At least three design paths that can result in season championships should be introduced sooner rather than later.

Prefix car design options that avoid maxed out cars

We are all still building the same car, only we are building it in different ways.
Though Type C might work better than a or b on few tracks

New drivers would be a great help, its quite hard to find new young level 20 drivers. My race budget is getting smaller and smaller every season because Ive got drivers in reserve being trained for the future. If I didn't I'd struggle to find them on the transfer list. Also I agree attributes/personality traits need to be expanded on so we have a better understanding of what makes a driver good/bad/better than the others.
