How to get Chassis data?

I don't see how you can get it?

You need to know the name of the team you want to buy the chassis from.

Then go to the community card and scroll until you see “Manufacturers”. Click on it.
From there select the tab “Chassis” and search for the name of the team you want to look up.

I have learned that its based on amount of customers. 

why is it so complicated? why can't it be just like the engine supplier?
