To date, the company has invested approximately $100 million to establish itself as a chassis supplier, along with an additional $50 million to acquire a hub. At the current operating level, we are incurring losses of approximately $2.9 million per day to support 6 customers.
Under the present structure, this cost profile is not financially sustainable. The situation requires immediate strategic reassessment to mitigate ongoing losses and realign the business with long-term financial viability.
