Chassis Question

As I understand it, you have to be a manufacturer to become a customer. Is that a correct assumption. Do you have to be a certain level to become a manufacturer? If so, what level?

I’m level 28 and I can become manufacturer, but I won’t. Instead I am a customer.

There are Overview and Supply. Go to supply and apply there
