I am VIP. I therefore race 3 times a day. Doesn't the system suppose to allow us to race in all leagues?

Jack? Anyone? I had to leave all the other leagues until this is resolved and I missed one of my original league before going VIP... if VIP means no benefits since I cannot race any other league but one... what's the point??
