TranslateMy chief designer has 100% skill on every attribute, although this, she is ranked 4.5 stars and not 5 stars. Why? It looks like a bug to me.

Yes, I see the same on your CD. Question is, is it just visual, or functional? On car page (overview, top right above free DP), how many stars are shown for research strength?

Translate On car page research strength is 4.5 stars, just like the chief designer stars.

Getting tooltips now and see the CD is indeed only level 39 and thus 4.5 stars are functional as reflected in research. It's a bit weird the stats were generated at 100%, but unlike drivers level isn't a direct calculation from stats, those are mostly flair. So best bet would be hiring a new CD from transfers, unless it's sure this CD was same level as team at the time the level were converted for the iGP update.
