New: Background Music & SFX

As many of you will probably notice in the days ahead, we've just added background music and sound effects to the game. You can enable or disable music & SFX independently on your Settings page.

If your browser supports local storage (all modern browsers do) then the game will also make sure that background music only plays in one tab, no matter how many tabs of the site you open.

We welcome any feedback or bug reports here on the new feature. But please, before reporting any issues try doing a "hard refresh" on the site (CTRL+F5), this will clear out cached data such as out of date javascript.

okay, this music isn't my case :) So it was the first thing i took off again ;-)

but this sfx sounds are nice :)

It's difficult to find good music on stock music websites. What kind of style would you like, Martin? We can experiment with this and tweak it just like anything else in the game, and even provide multiple soundtracks.

I actually have several other soundtracks queued and ready to go in totally different styles.

If you had the noise of the car flying past and the wheel gun noise every so often it be better than the music along with it. Just my opinion

after about 2 minutes of listening i just tuned it out. just your typical ambience music. in any event i turned it off because i am not paying any attention to it.

i'm just thinking about how many games i played with the music off. Almost everyone.
Maybe is better to think how many games i played with the music On, just one. the GTA, i enjoyed changing the radio to 90's House Music LOL
I like the sound effects ;)
