What did you try to do?
I have teams in 4 different leagues

What happened instead?
All leagues have the same calendar for the upcoming season

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Is this by design, or is it a bug? Either way, it is going to be extremely BORING!

It's by design to run standard leagues in a uniform mode. Hosted leagues have it in their own hands to break away from the standard, but at a cost (league Boosts), as the past has proven running a myriad of individually set up leagues for basically free wasn't financially sustainable.
