Mostly, the points I found changed a bit in 2026:

Leagues are unlocked much sooner, Pro changed a bit in meaning and does not apply to iGP leagues.

Technology HQ became more important and loosing places under DRS is scratched once the building is on team level.

Usefullness of Youth Academy and Offices is currently yet to be decided at any level and hinges on how transfer market supply develops.
