At the moment you can only get 200, which i think is a very low amount concidering that you must spread that between 4 things, designers, mechanics, engineers and the marketers. I think there should be another level which takes it to 300 or even 400.

I'd like to see increased staff numbers too. Would be able to get a better balance on this seasons car V next seasons.

If you have enough money you can always move your staff from one place to the other. At least it will help you for the balance, but it is costly.
